Mastery has a language to it. Speak that language and you will learn how to master anything you want while having some degree of talent in it. To achieve maximum success one needs to learn the art of mental tools alongside physical and intellect tools. These Mental tools will allow you to value “who you are and know your worth”.
We achieve maximum when we are in our resourceful state and it’s not easy to be in resourceful state unless you have trained yourself to be composed and have control over your emotions and thoughts rather than them controlling you.
While reaching our peak performance states our mental demons start rearing their negative voices and we need to shut them down. For example when you begin self talk and it mostly likely is negative during this time, you start thinking like, what if this is not going to work out, what if I fail ; I’m not good enough; I’m worthless, that it is just your demons trying to drag you down and, ironically this could be the secondary gain, to keep you safe from being rejected by others.
You need to realize that this kind of self-talk will only take you further from your goals .
How would you like to learn how you could fight to take back control from your demons and get back to a state of loving and accepting who you are ?

Stress is your body’s way of responding to any kind of demand or threat. It can affect both your body and your mind.
Although healthy levels of stress can be good for our motivation and well-being. While unhealthy stress is created from long term emotions of sadness, anger and anxiety or a range of all these emotions. There are different types of stress all of which put our bodies under pressure and in turn affect our immune system having an enormous negative effect on your health and wellness.
In small doses, it can help you perform under pressure and motivate you to do your best.
Under constant large amounts of stress one can become tired, sick, and unable to concentrate or think clearly.
Some short-term stress may give you the extra energy you need to perform at your best, for example what you feel before an important job presentation, test, interview, or sporting event. When working properly, it helps you stay focused, energetic, and alert. In emergency situations, stress can save your life, giving you extra strength to defend yourself, for example, or spurring you to slam on the brakes to avoid an accident.
But long-term stress may actually drain your energy and your ability to perform well. When you’re constantly running in emergency mode, your mind and body pay the price. It starts causing major damage to your health, your mood, your productivity, your relationships, and your quality of life, for example constant worry over your job, school, or family.

Motivation is the reason for people’s actions, desires, and needs. Motivation is also one’s direction to behavior, or what causes a person to want to repeat a behavior. A motive is what prompts the person to act in a certain way, or at least develop an inclination for specific behavior.
If Motivation is coming through negativity, then it will give you only a temporary push ( Eg : using anger as a motivator, using pain as motivator )
And Positive motivators are the only way to create a long lasting consistent result.
The moment we begin to see problems as situations, challenges and opportunities, we can create sustainable motivation.

Change is the only thing that is constant in our lives, be it professionally or personally. Change is not always a conscious decision. Change will occur, inevitably, whether you like it or not. It’s impossible to avoid or prevent no escape or evade. Possibilities are endless! Choosing to change is a really important part of improvement. Change will occur and we can choose to be active participants and go with the flow or we can attempt to resist and suffer the stresses.
Personally we must try to embrace these persistent ups and downs and learn to thrive on this roller coaster of transition as initially some changes look negative & tough on the surface, but you will soon realize that a space is being created in your life for something new to emerge and you will embrace this change going forward. Like how Steve Jobs told: we can connect the dots only in past.

Goal setting is a very powerful tool for all areas of our life. Goal setting gives us long-term vision and short-term motivation.
Every day we start our day, week, month or year by wanting to be somewhere or achieve something more.
However most of us don’t achieve our set goals as there are lots of ingredients missing.
Have you ever written down your goals? The people who write down their goals are more likely to succeed then the ones holding it in their minds.
Then the second most important ingredient is self discipline. No matter what circumstances we are in how can we be just focused on our goals?
How can we create short and long term S.M.A.R.T Goals once we know our true inner self, inner giant potential, endless possibilities we are born with to achieve anything and everything. Opportunities are equal and fair for everyone who wants to make a difference for himself and the people around.
