Usually the anxiety is an interesting feeling we experience .I choose to say interesting because this is a strong unpleasant state of mental uneasiness, nervousness and apprehension about something that did not happen yet or might never happen too and we just indulge ourselves over-thinking about it. It’s the Uncomfortable feeling of nervousness or worry about something that is happening or might happen in the future. For example, a feeling just before an interview or an exam!

Phobia is an excessive and irrational fear reaction. Those who have phobias may experience a deep sense of dread or panic when they encounter the source of their fears. Conflict comes from the Latin word for striking, but it isn’t always violent. Conflict can arise from opposing ideas.

Now here we are not talking about the conflicts between to two individuals or groups, we are talking about the internal conflict, indecision about the choices in your life. For example whether to stay at your job or start a new career or business, whether to stay in a relationship or leave, whether to stay or move house, town or country.
This constant state of conflict is not good for the body and will stress the body therefore causing you to be in a ‘fight or flight’ state which as mentioned negatively affecting the body.

Emotions are psychological (what we think) and biological (what we feel). Our brain responds to our thoughts by releasing hormones and chemicals, which send us into a state of arousal. All emotions come about in this way, whether positive or negative.

The state in which we live is caused by our conditioning and therefore our emotions aren’t our own in many ways, they are the result of the conditioning of your conscious and unconscious mind.
Experiencing the full range of all of our emotions is actually healthy as long as you are controlling them. However Negative emotions can become overwhelming emotions, being inexplicably angry, carrying guilt, living with fear, these are some feelings that can govern our life.
Our constant negative emotions, burdens or baggage as we may call, act as a root cause of all our “dis-eases”. When we find the root cause of what creates the issue in the first place we can resolve and overcome it.
Remember our default setting is blissful state and rest all the other emotions are learned, which we can unlearn if it’s not helping us grow.

Any regularly repeated behavior that requires little or no thought and is learned rather than innate is a Habit. It can be part of any activity, ranging from eating and sleeping, to thinking and reacting .It is developed through reinforcement and repetition.
